Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving the order. Customers are encouraged to check their order as soon as it is received. Exchanges are only available for size or manufacturing defects (exchanges are subject to availability). The item selected for the exchange must be of equal or greater value; if it is of greater value, the difference must be paid.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with the original tags intact.
• Returns will not be accepted for items that show odors, stains, or any type of damage or wear.

Sale items, products purchased with special discounts, or light-colored garments cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item has a manufacturing defect or an error occurred with your order.

• Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• If the payment was made in bolivares, the refund will be for the exact amount paid on the day of purchase.
